1. Our Process

Currently, all items are handmade to order. Also, all items have been made with caution and sanitized with 91% alcohol for your safety and ours.

2. Shipping & Handling

As of 8/27/20, we will ship throughout the week via USPS first class and priority mail. However, give up to four weeks for shipping due to an increase in order volume. Also due to USPS COVID-19/Holiday delays, be prepared to give orders additional time to arrive.

3. Refunds & Returns

All items are made to order, thus all sales are final. Refunds will be determined on a per case basis. If Item is damaged, replacement or exchange will be offered within 30 days of delivery.
